Purchased Databases

The project of database construction for area studies of the IIAS takes accounts for scientific research demands of IIAS researchers and the joint verification conducted with the panel of database consulting experts and the library of Tsinghua University. The project also receives special financial support from Tsinghua University. The IIAS has purchased area studies data products of Adam Matthew Digital Ltd. and ProQuest, bringing together collected literature originating from precious collections or special collections of libraries, archives, museums, war memorials from around the world including UK and the U.S. All these databases purchased by the IIAS are freely accessible to all Tsinghua faculty members and students.
